Yes. Every product is brand new and factory sealed. We never sell refurbished, used, or open-box products, and we record the serial number of every pair we ship.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Contact us and a real person makes it right. If your order arrives damaged or it is the wrong item, tell us within 48 hours and we fix it at no cost to you. For anything else, you have 14 days to return it.
Can I return them?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to return your order, opened or not. We check every return to make sure it is the same pair we shipped. Read the Return Policy.
How fast is shipping?
Orders ship in 1-2 business days and usually arrive 3-7 business days after that. Shipping in the US is free, and you get a tracking number by email.
